How it Works
Email us the completed intake forms below; we'll reach out within 48 business hours to set up a demo or onboard.
Onboarding takes about 10 minutes. It is easy.
You'll receive a link to send patients (or turn into a QR code). Once they complete intake we're notified within 5 minutes, with a goal to complete the clearance within another 15.
Our system creates a combined PDF of the intake and GFE for your records.
Billing is done by the 5th of each month; payments must be received by the 10th or we can no longer clear patients.
No monthly contracts — we just request a courtesy 30-day notice to stop.
We provide weekend service and can overnight if agreed, though we highly recommend completing GFEs before the service to avoid any delay in care.
Your clinic's information shows on each intake form so your patient is never confused.
Who Will be Clearing
You'll be assigned one or more nurse practitioners licensed in your state, each with knowledge of the aesthetics world and experience as a good faith exam provider. We can sign a contract to work under your medical director, or operate autonomously where allowed. All NPs carry their own medical liability insurance; some have overseeing MDs where required — overseeing only the services provided by the NP, not your clinic. We're happy to answer any questions.
States We Serve
We're currently able to accommodate all 50 states for clearing. Preference goes to asynchronous-eligible states and clinics.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Draft for review. A working draft prepared for GFEme; please have your counsel review it before you rely on it.
This Privacy Policy explains how GFEme LLC ("GFEme," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the GFEme clinic portal, the GFEme provider application, and this website (together, the "Service").
1. Who we are and our role
GFEme provides software and clinical services that help medical clinics and their licensed providers conduct and document good faith exams and manage clinic orders. When we handle protected health information ("PHI") on behalf of a clinic, we act as a Business Associate under HIPAA, governed by the Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") between GFEme and the clinic. Where the BAA and this Policy conflict as to PHI, the BAA controls.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information — such as a provider's or staff member's name and email address.
Health and medical information — patient intake, medical history, exam documentation, and order details, handled on behalf of the clinic.
Identifiers — account and user identifiers used to sign in and associate activity with the correct account.
Usage data — how the Service is used, such as features accessed and interactions within the app.
Diagnostics — crash and performance data used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
We do not collect payment card or financial account numbers through the app, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service — to authenticate users, enable the exam and order workflow, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. The data we collect is linked to the user's account and used only for these purposes.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
We do not track users across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not share data with data brokers.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the clinic and authorized users responsible for a patient's care; with service providers and subprocessors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations (and, where applicable, BAAs); and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or GFEme.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of patient information in transit and at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by the clinic's instructions, our BAA obligations, and applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Because much of the information in the Service is maintained on behalf of clinics, requests to access, correct, or delete patient records should be directed to the clinic acting as the covered entity; GFEme will support the clinic in responding. For account information you provide directly, or to exercise rights under applicable law, contact us below.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for licensed providers and authorized clinic staff and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Draft for review. A working draft prepared for GFEme; please have your counsel review it before you rely on it.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the GFEme clinic portal, provider application, and related services (the "Service"), provided by GFEme LLC ("GFEme"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for licensed medical providers and authorized clinic staff who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.
2. The Service
GFEme supports the documentation of good faith exams and the management of clinic orders, and connects clinics with licensed nurse practitioners. GFEme provides software and facilitates clinical services; the clinical judgment in any exam or order rests with the treating provider.
3. Medical responsibility
Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the licensed provider. The Service does not determine the appropriateness of any exam, treatment, medication, or order. Providers must exercise independent professional judgment and comply with all applicable laws and professional standards. No controlled substances are ordered through the Service.
4. Protected health information
Where the Service is used to process PHI, that use is governed by the BAA between GFEme and the clinic. Clinics and users are responsible for obtaining required patient consents and using the Service in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your professional obligations.
Do not access data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.
Do not upload malicious code or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
6. Fees and billing
Consultation and service fees are as described on our Good Faith Exams page or in a separate agreement with your clinic. Billing is completed by the 5th of each month, with payment due by the 10th. There are no monthly contracts; we request a courtesy 30-day notice to discontinue.
7. Intellectual property
GFEme and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, GFEme grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Patient and clinic records remain under the control of the clinic.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFEme will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GFEme harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, except to the extent caused by GFEme's own misconduct.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
